These days, there have been controversies raised on how to categorize a Missoula Chiropractor among the health practitioners. We know that though they claim to treat different body disorders, they limit their scope of care to manual manipulation and health teachings. Hence, such method of treatment gives them unfavorable impression to other people. But how do chiropractors identify themselves anyway? In a survey conducted in 2008, it is surprising to know that they perceive themselves in different ways. According to the said study, 31% of these health practitioners considered their practice as part of the Complementary and Alternative Medicine. 27% in the group claimed that they are part of the integrated medicine and 12% believed that they are actually taking part in the mainstream medicine. ?
