Thalian Association and counselors from New Hanover County Schools will offer an open forum on grief and loss 3-5 p.m. Friday (Dec. 21) at the Hannah Block Historic USO/Community Arts Center, 120 S. Second St in Wilmington. The discussion group is open to the public and everyone who uses the Community Arts Center is invited to attend.

The forum was organized to help people come together and find support and guidance after the shooting death of 19-year-old Joshua Proutey as he was leaving the center last week.?

This week four people were arrested as suspects in his death. ?
